What we actually do if a paid step goes wrong.

Wipper sells services to Australian small businesses. ACL consumer guarantees still apply to paid work. We will not tell you that there are “no refunds ever”. If a paid service is not as described, or not fit for the agreed purpose, we fix it in a reasonable time or refund some or all of what you paid.

How to ask

Email hello@wipper.com.au with your Stripe receipt or Wipper receipt ID. There is no in-app cancel portal. We reply on business days.

Paid website check · AUD $49 one-off

This is a one-off human review, not a subscription. If we do not send the written review, we refund the $49. If we sent it, that payment is for the review. The published credit toward a $299 scope (when you continue in 14 days) is a credit, not an automatic cash refund.

Scope · AUD $299

The $299 is a scope deposit, credited toward the from-$1,490 starter if you proceed. If we do not deliver the scope review, we refund it. If we delivered it, it stays a credit toward the build unless ACL requires a different remedy.

Build deposit · AUD $490

The $490 Stripe charge is a deposit toward the from-$1,490 starter, not the full build. If we have not started after scope sign-off, we refund the unused deposit. If work has started and the delivered hub is not as scoped, we fix it or refund some or all of the unused balance as ACL requires.

Hub Care · AUD $149/mo

Cancel by emailing hello@wipper.com.au. That is the real path. There is no customer login to cancel. After we confirm, we stop the next Stripe cycle. We do not promise a same-day cancel or an automatic pro-rata refund for a part-used month.
