Is Wipper a native app?

No. Wipper starts as a hosted web app that looks and feels like a native app. We only scope App Store or Google Play builds after your web hub is proven with real customers.

Do I need to replace my website?

No. Your website stays exactly as it is. Wipper builds a separate customer hub that you link to from your site, Google profile, QR codes, social posts and SMS.

How does the preview work?

Paste your URL at wipper.com.au and Wipper shows your business as a tappable mobile hub in about 10 seconds. It is a preview, not your live app yet, so you can see the direction before you pay to build.

Is the preview my live app?

No. The instant preview is a mockup so you can see the direction. Your real, working hub, wired to your actual booking, menu and contact details, is the paid build we scope with you afterwards.

How long does it take to launch?

The preview is instant. Once you approve scope, a typical single-flow hub is built and handed over in roughly 1–2 weeks, depending on your content and integrations.

What if I don't like the preview?

Then you don't build. The preview and fit check are free and no-commitment. If the direction isn't right, you haven't spent a dollar.

Do you take over my bookkeeping?

No. We do not run your BAS, Xero or payroll. The $49 website check is the door. After a hub is live, Hub Care is the desk: hosting, small updates, and the admin path so they keep the office wage, or hire another trade.
